Parent Participation

School is not only a place for learning and growing but also a place for parents to meet and build community. At the International Chinese School, there are many opportunities for parent volunteers to contribute:

Reading group helpers — There are unique opportunities at our bilingual school to help students in small groups to read in both English and Chinese.
Class parents — The class parent is the contact person for special circumstances such as organising birthday party invites for the class.
Parents’ Association — Committee members help to organise and coordinate fundraising events, welcome new parents to ICS and meet once a term to keep parents informed with what is happening at the school.

ICS Uniform Shop

The ICS Uniform Shop is a one-stop shop set up to provide quality school garments at an affordable price. Orders can be made at school and collected from the reception area. Summer and winter uniforms are also available for purchase during Orientation days.
